Hotai Motor Co.,Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 51,275.67 million compared to TWD 51,827.85 million a year ago. Revenue was TWD 57,056.04 million compared to TWD 56,836.99 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 3,513.17 million compared to TWD 3,615.99 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 6.43 compared to TWD 6.62 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 6.43 compared to TWD 6.61 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 172,607.67 million compared to TWD 157,278.64 million a year ago. Revenue was TWD 190,018.16 million compared to TWD 171,133.07 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 12,667.73 million compared to TWD 10,329.35 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 23.19 compared to TWD 18.91 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 23.18 compared to TWD 18.89 a year ago.

The Company primarily provides passenger cars and business vehicles, with brands named LEXUS, TOYOTA and others, as well as large-sized vehicles, including trucks and passenger cars, with brands named HINO. In addition, it is involved in the provision of air conditioners for vehicles, vehicle leasing services and installment payment services, as well as parts and components for vehicles. The Company is also engaged in insurance business. The Company operates its businesses primarily in domestic market.
