Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited Announces Resignation of Shri Banshi Lal Gujar as Director

Consequent upon his election as a Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha), Shri Banshi Lal Gujar, Non-Official (Independent) Director has tendered his resignation (copy enclosed) from the Directorship of Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO). The said resignation was received by the company on 7th March 2024. Accordingly, Shri Banshi Lal Gujar has ceased to be Independent Director of HUDCO with effect from 7 March 2024.

Further, it has been confirmed that there is no other material reasons for resignation, other than that mentioned in the resignation letter and he is not holding any directorship and membership in the Board Committees in a listed company, other than HUDCO.
