Its contractor works primarily on projects related to designing and building commercial and industrial buildings, such as logistics and warehouse facilities, factories, offices, workshops, car parks, and nursing homes. The Company also provides subcontractor work, such as the upgrading of HDB flats and the construction of mass rapid transit (MRT) stations, schools, factories, and highways. The Company provides construction services as both a main contractor and a subcontractor to both the public and private sectors in Singapore.
