Pošta & HPB Card - One is enough

Zagreb, 24 November 2015 - Croatian Post and Hrvatska poštanska banka introduced their first joint product Pošta & HPB Card providing the users with different payment models and discounts in the post offices

Croatian Post and Hrvatska poštanska banka introduced their first joint product - Pošta & HPB Card. It is a contactless MasterCard which provides maximum flexibility in payment, so that users in each accounting period have a choice between paying for their costs in full or in instalments. Payment in instalments is possible for transactions at retail outlets in the country and abroad and for internet purchases, according to the model of repayment that customers choose when applying for the card - three, six or twelve instalments. Also, for the purchases of up to 100 kuna the card enables contactless payment as well.

'Pošta & HPB Card marks the beginning of an even more intensive cooperation of HPB and HP on joint products offered to customers. Our first joint product is a combination of financial services offered by the Bank and special advantages offered by the Post, which gives customers a more complete and better service', Marijana Špalj, deputy director of retail operations at HPB, said.

Josip Ninković, head of the Department for Development and Management of Financial Services at Croatian Post, stressed that this cooperation on a joint product has been created on the basis of the needs of customers: 'We are pleased that this cooperation provides new benefits to users. It is widely known that in post offices across Croatia we provide a number of services, and this card allows everyone to have discounts of ten percent while using Hpekspres service, buying books, toys, as well as special benefits when contracting Evotv service', said Ninković.

Pošta & HPB Card may be contracted in all post offices of Croatian Post and branches of the Bank. During the promotional period, users do not pay registration fee and are entitled to reduced fees for instalment payment.
