Huaneng Liaoning Clean Energy Limited Liability Company announced that it expects to receive funding from Huaneng Power International, Inc.

HUANENG LIAONING CLEAN ENERGY LTD announced that it will raise an equity round of funding on October 10, 2023. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, Huaneng Power International, Inc. for revised stake of 76.860%. The registered capital of the company will be CNY 5,530 million post completion of the transaction.
