On June 29, 2018, Hudson Global Inc. and David F. Kirby, the company’s Senior Vice President, Treasury and Investor Relations, determined that Mr. Kirby will leave his positions with the company effective July 27, 2018. Mr. Kirby will receive a severance payment and other amounts in accordance with the terms of his employment agreement.
