Huijing Holdings Company Limited (SEHK:9968) entered into the Equity Transfer Agreement to acquire remaining 40.82% stake in Sincere Partner Holdings Company Limited from Mr. Chen Jinxuan for CNY 26.50 million on November 29, 2023. The total amount payable by the Company to the Vendor pursuant to the Equity Transfer Agreement amounts to approximately HKD 30,910,424 (CNY 28,234,509) and is expected to be funded by the internal resources of the Group. According to the Equity Transfer Agreement, the total amount payable by the Company should be paid before 31 December 2023.
