SHARE REGISTRAR AND TRANSFER OFFICE IN THE CAYMAN ISLANDS

The board of directors (the "Board") of Hutchison Telecommunications Hong Kong Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that, with effect from 4 September 2020, the name of the share registrar and transfer office of the Company in the Cayman Islands has been changed to Suntera (Cayman) Limited and its address remains unchanged at Royal Bank House - 3rd Floor, 24 Shedden Road, P.O. Box 1586, Grand Cayman, KY1-1110, Cayman Islands.

Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited remains the share registrar and transfer office of the Company in Hong Kong and application for registration of transfer of shares in Hong Kong should be lodged with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at Rooms 1712-1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
