Hwa Tai Industries Berhad announced that further to the announcement made on 11 November 2021, the Company had on 20 November 2021 received notice from the Ministry of Health, Malaysia (?MOH?) to resume its operations from 21 November 2021 at one of its factories located at No. 12 Jalan Jorak, Kawasan Perindustrian Tongkang Pecah, 83010 Batu Pahat, Johor, Malaysia. The temporary suspension of operations at the said factory does not have any material impact on the Company?s financial position.
