Hyprop Investments Limited expects distributable income for half year of 2024 to be ZAR 668 million, a decrease of 8.3% when compared to the distributable income for the interim period ended 31 December 2022 ("HY2023") of ZAR 728 million. Distributable income per share for half year of 2024 is expected to be 176.1 cents, a decrease of 13.4% compared to the distributable income per share for half year of 2023 of 203.4 cents as a result of the increase in the number of shares in issue following the financial year 2023 DRIP.
