Unitus Co., Ltd announced that it will issue 10,000,000 common shares at an issue price of KRW 5,000 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 50,000 million on September 20, 2023. The transaction will include participation from new investor, Hyundai Mobis Co.,Ltd for 100% stake in the company. The company is expected to close the transaction on October 17, 2023.
The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
