The Bank has made the below announcement to the Indian stock exchanges:

RBI vide its letter no. DOR.GOV.No.S3307/08.88.001/2021-22 dated January 6, 2022 has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Anup Bagchi (DIN: 00105962) as an Executive Director of the Bank for a period of three years w.e.f. February 1, 2022.

The Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on August 20, 2021 had already approved his re-appointment for a period of five years effective February 1, 2022.
