(OTCQX: ICTV), (CSE: ITV), a direct response marketing and branding company focused on the health, wellness and beauty sector is pleased to announce the upcoming launch of two Spa locations in the greater Philadelphia and Los Angeles areas.

The first DermaWand Spa will launch November 1st in the King of Prussia Mall, just outside of Philadelphia. DermaWand Spa will operate from a location on the 1st floor of the mall and will feature many of ICTV's beauty brands, including DermaWand, DermaBrilliance, DermaVital, and Jidue. Customers shopping at the mall will have the opportunity to stop for a free spa treatment and sample all the ICTV products. The Spa will be equipped with a television monitor looping short segments of our spots and infomercials and will showcase live demonstrations of each product. The second DermaWand Spa launch is also planned for an early November launch in the Los Angeles area, operating under the same format.

ICTV has engaged with JBC & Associates, Inc. to assist in the management and expansion of DermaWand Spa. JBC has an expertise in the set up and operation in the mall retail environment. ICTV will work closely with JBC to hire and train the DermaWand Spa staff to properly train and sell all of ICTV's products.
