IDEAL HOLDINGS S.A. IDEAL HOLDINGS S.A. (the "Company") announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary Shareholder's Meeting dated 02.12.2021, on 11.01.2023 acquired through the Athens Exchange 4,000 own shares at a weighted average price of 3.53 euro per share, of an aggregate value 14,120.00 euro and on 12.01.2023 acquired 4,000 own shares at a weighted average price of 3.490 euro per share, of an aggregate value 13,960.00 euro. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name PIRAEUS SECURITIES SA.
Following those acquisitions, Company holds in aggregate 425,288 own shares, a percentage of 1.0596% of the total number of shares issued by it.
