IDI (ENXTPA:IDIP) and the management team of Prévost led by Marc-Henry Lussigny agreed to acquire 90% stake in Prévost Laboratory Concept from Abénex Capital SA and Arkéa Capital, SAS on July 6, 2023. The acquisition will be finalized in the coming weeks, subject to the fulfillment of the usual conditions precedent.
