Ikegami Tsushinki Co., Ltd. (TSE:6771) announced a private placement of 3,620,000 shares at ¥109 per share with Master Trust Bank of Japan, Ltd., Investment Arm for gross proceeds of ¥394,580,000 on March 3, 2014. The transaction is expected to close on March 24, 2014. There will be 9,775,069 issued treasury share of the company upon completion of the transaction.
