A Final Dividend of 7.5 kobo gross for every ordinary share of 50 kobo each, | ||
subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval will be paid to | ||
shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of | ||
Proposed Dividend | business on Tuesday 4th day of July 2023. | |
Proposed Bonus | 1 for 3 | |
The Register of Shareholders will be closed from Wednesday, July 5 to | ||
Closure of Register | Monday, July 10, 2023. | |
Qualification Date | Tuesday, July 4, 2023 | |
On Monday, July 31, 2023, dividends will be paid electronically to | ||
shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at Tuesday, | ||
July 4, 2023 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated | ||
