SAATI Americas Corp. entered into an agreement to acquire Substantially All of The Assets of IKONICS Corporation.

SAATI Americas Corp. entered into an agreement to acquire Substantially All of The Assets of IKONICS Corporation on August 15, 2022. All the four business divisions of IKONICS Corporation, Chromaline Screen Print Products, IKONICS Imaging, IKONICS Industrial Inkjet Solutions and IKONICS Advanced Material Solutions will be acquired.

The transaction is expected to close by August 15, 2022.
