IMMOFINANZ AG Düsseldorf, January 2023. Just in time for the end of the year, IMMOFINANZ signed long-term leases with three tenants for office space in the Düsseldorfer Medienhafen. The new tenants - RAILMEN, the arano Group GmbH and an IT consulting firm from Düsseldorf - will rent roughly 3,310 sqm of office space.
RAILMEN, a service provider for the railway branch, moved into roughly 570 sqm of space in December. The arano Group GmbH will relocate to 570 sqm on the fourth floor of ALTO this month and increase its total space by 1,370 sqm on the fifth floor starting in April 2024. The IT consulting firm from Düsseldorf is expanding from the second to the eleventh floor and will rent nearly 800 sqm beginning in March.
"We are very pleased over the signing of a further three new leases at the turn of the year. These results confirm that our innovative concept for the ALTO and LARGO buildings in the Medienhafen optimally meets tenants' current demands on office space", commented Steven Toerschen, Team Leader Office Deutschland.
