Boryszew S.A. (WSE:BRS) along with Impexmetal S.A. (WSE:IPX), Impex-Invest Sp. z.o.o, SPV Boryszew 3 Spólka z .o.o. and SPV Impexmetal Sp. z o.o. made a tender offer to acquire remaining 9.96% stake in Hutmen S.A. (WSE:HTM) for PLN 13.5 million on December 21, 2016. The buyer group will acquire 2.55 million shares of Hutmen at an offer per share of PLN 5.31. The buyer group already holds 90.04% stake in Hutmen. The tender offer will begin on January 12, 2016 and will close on January 17, 2017.
