Impress Holdings, Inc. (TSE:9479) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 400,000 shares, representing 1.2% of the outstanding shares for ¥66 million. The purpose of the program is to implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. The program will run until January 31, 2019. As of September 30, 2018, the company had 33,398,681 shares outstanding and 3,972,819 shares in treasury.
