INCLUSIVE Inc. agreed to acquire 76% stake in no9, Inc. from Fields Corporation, Takuma Kobayashi and others for approximately ¥570 million.

INCLUSIVE Inc. (TSE:7078) agreed to acquire 76% stake in no9, Inc. from Fields Corporation (TSE:2767), Takuma Kobayashi and others for approximately ¥570 million on December 9, 2021. As per the transaction, INCLUSIVE Inc. will acquire 2,356 shares representing 76% stake from Fields Corporation which holds 24.2% stake, Takuma Kobayashi who holds 38.7% stake, Takafumi Horie who holds 6.97% stake and from other 6 investors and 3 managers. As of August 2021, no9, Inc. generated net assets of ¥46.158, total assets of ¥263.9 million, sales of ¥419.5 million, operating income of ¥8.4 million and net income of ¥5.8 million.

The transaction is expected to complete in January 2022.
