Notice of the deposit and publication of the 2021 Annual Financial Report, the Report on Corporate Governance and the Report on Remuneration

Sant'Agata Feltria, 29 April 2022 - Indel B S.p.A. - company listed on the Borsa Italiana EXM, heading a group that operates in the production of cooling systems and air-conditioning for mobile and mobile living for the Automotive, Hospitality and Leisure Time markets (pleasure boats and recreational vehicles), - today reports that the following documents have been deposited today and are available to the public, at the Company's registered offices, on the Company's website(http://www.indelbgroup.com/it/assemblea-azionisti)and on the storage mechanism authorised by Consob called "1info"(www.1info.it):

• • 2021 Annual Financial Report, which includes the Draft Annual Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements as at 31 December 2021, complete with the related Report on Operations including Non-Financial Statement pursuant to Art. 2 of CONSOB Regulation of Legislative Decree 254/2016, the statement pursuant to Article 154-bis paragraph 5 of Italian Legislative Decree. 58/1998, together with the report by the Independent Auditing Firm and the report by the Board of Auditors;

• • Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structures in compliance with Art. 123-bis, of Italian Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 1998;

• • Report on Remuneration in compliance with Art. 123-ter, of Italian Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 1998 and Art. 84-quater of CONSOB Regulation no. 11971/1999.

Please also note that the summary statements of the subsidiaries and associates are available to the public at the Company's registered office, in compliance with Art. 2429 of the Italian Civil Code.
