Toshiba Medical Systems Corporation agreed to acquire remaining 70% stake in TI Medical Systems Co., Ltd. from Infinitt Healthcare Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A071200) for KRW 9.8 billion on February 28, 2013. Toshiba Medical Systems will acquire 0.28 million shares of TI Medical Systems. The Board of Directors resolved the transaction on February 28, 2013. The transaction is subject to approval from fair trade regulators in both South Korea and Japan. The transaction is expected to close on May 31, 2013.

It also provides cloud PACS services, tele-radiology services, maintenance services, outsourcing services, solution upgrade services, solution replacement services, technical support services and others. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets, including America and Europe. On April 3, 2013, the Company sold its entire 70% stake in TI Medical Systems. Co., Ltd, engaged in the development, manufacturing and sales of electrical medicine machines.
