India's Infosys Ltd. has agreed to acquire GuideVision as the Indian technology company seeks strengthen its position in Europe.

GuideVision is one of the largest ServiceNow Elite Partners in Europe specializing in offering strategic advisory, consulting, implementations, training and support on the ServiceNow platform, Infosys said Monday.

ServiceNow is a cloud-based workflow automation platform that helps organizations improve operational efficiencies by streamlining and automating routine work tasks.

The acquisition is expected to close in the third quarter of fiscal 2021, subject to customary closing conditions, the company said.

Financial details of the transaction weren't disclosed.
