NOTICE OF SUSPENSION OF INFRASTRUCTURE COMMODITIES (MAURITIUS) LTD
The Stock Exchange of Mauritius (SEM) refers to the communique of Infrastructure Commodities (Mauritius) Ltd (ICML) dated 28 March 2022 regarding the appointment of Mr Shareed Ramjan of SRA Partners as Administrator of ICML pursuant to Section 215 of the Insolvency Act 2009.
In view of the above, the SEM has decided, with the approval of the Listing Executive Committee, to suspend dealings in the securities of ICML, pursuant to Listing Rule 3.9(a) and in the light of the provisions of Section 227 of the Insolvency Act 2009, with immediate effect.
Dealings in the securities of ICML will remain suspended until further notice. The SEM will keep shareholders of ICML and the public in general informed of any further developments.
