Inland Homes plc announced the appointment of Matthew Robinson as an independent non-executive director and Chairman of the Company with immediate effect. Matthew Robinson has spent much of his career working with and advising listed and growth companies and was formerly non-executive Chairman of AIM quoted Goldplat plc and is a current non-executive director of AIM quoted Anpario plc. Matthew started his career as a Chartered Accountant.

This appointment comes following despatch to shareholders of the Company's notice of Annual General Meeting, at which appointments to fill casual vacancies are required to be approved by shareholders. Accordingly, as this cannot occur in this instance, the board has resolved to re-appoint Matthew Robinson immediately following the Annual General Meeting and will propose a resolution to approve his appointment at a further General Meeting which will be called to approve the Company's accounts when they are ready. It is intended that there will be additional appointments to the board, initially to the non-executive role, and discussions in this regard are progressing.

With the appointment of Matthew Robinson, the resignation of Simon Bennett as a non-executive director, announced on 1 March 2023, takes effect. Matthew Robinson was appointed a director of Blue Lias Technologies plc on 1 July 2017 at a time when the company was contemplating seeking admission to trading on AIM. The company was a non-trading holding company for a South African development-stage technology company.

Matthew Robinson was a director of Blue Lias Technologies plc until 14 June 2019. On 30 September 2019 the High Court ordered that Blue Lias Technologies plc be wound up on the petition of creditors. Matthew Robinson resigned as a director of Boxman UK Ltd. on 31 May 2000.

On 30 October 2000 the company was placed into creditors voluntary liquidation; the liquidation was concluded and the company struck off on 6 December 2007. Matthew Robinson resigned as a director of Boxman.com plc on 22 November 1999. Boxman.com plc entered a Company Voluntary Arrangement on 3 January 2001 that completed on 4 July 2002.

On 10 July 2002, Boxman.com plc changed its name to Westchester Holdings Limited.
