Resignation of Corporate Controller and Appointment of Finance Director

The Board of Directors of InnoTek Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the following changes to its senior management:-

1. Resignation of Ms. Quek Siew Hoon as the Corporate Controller of the Company; and
2. Appointment of Ms. Ivy Neo Meow Khim as the Finance Director of the Company.

Resignation of Ms. Quek Siew Hoon

Ms Quek Siew Hoon joined InnoTek Limited in 2000 and has been with the Company for more than 20 years. Ms Quek is responsible for the finance function of InnoTek Limited and its group of subsidiaries under Mansfield Manufacturing Company Limited in Hong Kong, People's Republic of China and Thailand. Her last day of service with the Company will be 30 June 2021.

Appointment of Ms. Ivy Neo Meow Khim

Ms Ivy Neo Meow Khim joined Mansfield (Suzhou) Manufacturing Company Limited in the People's Republic of China as a Financial Controller in May 2014. After 18 months, she was re-designated as Finance Director of Mansfield Group where she oversees the Group's financial affairs and corporate functions and works closely with the core leadership team.

Ms Neo has over 30 years of financial exposure with more than 10 years of working experience in the manufacturing environment in the People's Republic of China.

Ms. Neo graduated from Victoria University of Australia with a Master of Business Administration (Accounting) and is an associate member of the Australian CPA.

With the departure of Ms. Quek, Ms. Neo is transferred to the Singapore office as Finance Director to take effect from 1 July 2021.
