VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

PARTIAL REDEMPTION OF PROMISSORY NOTES

This is a voluntary announcement made by IntelliCentrics Global Holdings Ltd. (the ''Company'') to provide an update to the shareholders of the Company and potential investors on the latest status of the Company's investments in certain Promissory Notes as previously disclosed in the Company's announcements dated May 19, 2020 and April 20, 2021.

The Company exercised its right to redeem in part the Promissory Notes in the principal amount of US$11,000,000 on April 20, 2021 (the ''Redemption''). On April 22, 2021, the Company received the principal and the accrued interest related to such Redemption. After the Redemption, the principal amount of the Promissory Notes outstanding is US$21,600,000.
