Intereuropa's supervisory board has appointed Borut Flandr as president. Flandr will take office on November 1 and until then the supervisory board will be headed by its deputy president, Ales Klavzar, together with management board member Blanka Cesnik Wolf, the logistics company said in a filling with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. The supervisory board also received on September 4 the resignation of Wolf, a labour director on the board of Intereuropa, who is expected to perform the function for another four months.
