5.Cause of occurrence:
1)For the purpose of expanding the business, it was resolved by the Board
of Directors of TCC Recycle Energy Technology Company (TCC Recycle)
on June 21, 2022 to increase the capital of E-One Moli Energy Corp. to
indirectly invest in Molie Quantum Energy Corporation. The estimated
maximum total investment amount is NT$12 billion. To support the capital
needs, the Board of Directors also approved a cash capital increase of
NT$12 billion.
2)To focus on the development of the carbon black business and
globalization, the Company waived the subscription right of the cash
capital increase of TCC Recycle after considering the future working capital
needs. The shareholding ratio of the Company and its subsidiaries will be
reduced from 24.30% to 14.05% after waiving the subscription right of the
capital increase.
