International CSRC Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 4,074.53 million compared to TWD 5,845.14 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 361.84 million compared to TWD 4.53 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.37 compared to TWD 0.01 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.37 compared to TWD 0.01 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 8,713.84 million compared to TWD 11,056.6 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 340.89 million compared to net income of TWD 208.18 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.35 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.21 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.35 compared to diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.21 a year ago.
International CSRC Investment Holdings Co., Ltd., formerly CHINA SYNTHETIC RUBBER CORPORATION, is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of carbon black. The Company's carbon black is mainly applied in the manufacture of rubber products, such as tires, conveyor belts and other products. The Company is also engaged in the manufacture and trading of pharmaceuticals, the provision of biotechnological services, as well as the production and assembling of battery cells and battery packs. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
