Interregional Distribution Grid of Centre Public Joint Stock : Nikolay Lyubimov presented awards to Ryazan power engineers for victories in the competition “Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency”

The purpose of the competition is to attract public attention to the importance of social issues at the level of organizations and enterprises, to demonstrate concrete examples of solving social problems, as well as to encourage organizations and enterprises to adopt positive experience.

Ryazanenergo, a branch of Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC became the winner in the nominations "For the reduction of occupational injuries and occupational morbidity in organizations" and "For the best conditions for employees with family responsibilities in organizations in the production sector".

Ryazan power engineers took an honorable second place in the nomination "For the development of human resources in organizations", as well as in the nomination "For the development of social partnership in organizations".

The power engineers of the Ryazanenergo branch received the awards from the hands of Governor of the Ryazan Region Nikolay Lyubimov.

"Behind this high appraisal is our constant desire to develop the company's activities in the field of protection and improvement of working conditions, increasing social responsibility, strengthening human resources and motivating employees. These actions help maintain effective production relations between employees and the Company, and ultimately affect the smooth operation of the entire power grid complex," stressed Igor Makovskiy, General Director of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga region.
