Intertech Solutions Inc. (OTCPK: ITEC) ("Intertech Solutions Inc.," "ITEC" or the "Company") today wishes to delineate the remaining steps of the permitting process to bring the WPE Gold Project located near Quartzite Arizona into production.  

The WPE Gold Project is less than two weeks away of having its Environmental Assessment, Biological Assessment and Cultural Review conclude and go live for public review pending no corrections or follow up comments from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM).  By November 15, 2015 the 30 day public review period is expected to commence as the final prerequisite for the BLM Land Surface Stage approval.  

Concurrent with the public review period, WPE will be working with Himes Consulting LLC as they conduct the Section 404 permit for the Army Corps of Engineers. The purpose of the 404 Permit is to determine the impact from operations, if any, to the waters of the United States that may flow during heavy rains or monsoons through the washes on the WPE Claims.  By December 15, 2015 the 404 Permit work will be complete to coincide with the final BLM Permit approval.

The completed 404 Permit will be further submitted to the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (AZDEQ) for their review as to potential impact to air and water from operations. This application will also be handled by Himes Consulting LLC. The AZDEQ will typically rely upon the findings of the 404 Permit from the Army Corps of Engineers due to its stringent Federal standards and areas of mutual concern that are covered off in that report.

Finally, application will be made to the Arizona State Mine Inspector (ASMI) in conjunction with the United States Department of Labor's Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA). Both ASMI and MSHA will conduct thorough independent site inspections. The primary submission to the ASMI and MSHA will be WPE's comprehensive Safety Plans covering all aspects of operations. The timing of this will be during the start of the public review period expected to commence just after November 15, 2015.  WPE anticipates full completion of the permitting and review process by January 15, 2016 and the first phase of production to begin on February 1, 2016.
