Intra-Cellular Therapies, Inc. Announces Demise of Richard Lerner, Member of the Board of Directors and A Member of the Audit Committee and Nominating and Governance Committee

Intra-Cellular Therapies, Inc. announced that Richard Lerner, M.D., a member of the Company’s board of directors and a member of the Board’s Audit Committee and Nominating and Governance Committee, passed away on December 2, 2021. Dr. Lerner joined the Board in 2013, and served on the board of directors of ITI, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, since 2002. The Company is grateful for Dr. Lerner’s dedication and service to the Company.
