IAC Conflict Minerals Free Statement 10/6/2015

Conflict Minerals are 3TG metals such as tantalum (Ta), tin (Sn), tungsten (W) and gold (Au) sourced from mines in Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) or adjoining countries' conflict areas. Due to the illegal mining and human rights abuses in these areas controlled by non-government army group, the U.S. law, Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection ActH.R.4173, is passed and the section 1502 defines the conflict mineralsrequirements.

IAC has used the reasonable effort to require our suppliers comply with DRC-Free requirements and will commit to:

1. Commitment to sourcing only from smelters that have been validly certified as 'conflict-free' by an organization or program that has been designated by our customer.

2. To exercise due diligence on the origin and chain of custody of minerals in accordance with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance

3. NOT to source 3TG that directly or indirectly benefit armed groups that are perpetrators of serious human rights abuse in the DRC or an adjoining countries, while ensure not to ban all minerals from DRC or the adjoining countries.


4. Cooperate with customer and the demands, request our suppliers to undertake reasonable due diligence with the supply chain to assure the metals used in parts supplied to IAC are not sourced from mines in conflict areas.
