Inversiones Nacionales de Turismo SA (INTURSA) is a Peru-based company principally engaged in the tourism and hotel industry. The Company's activities include the development, management and exploitation of hotels, hostels and lodges, as well as other accommodation and tourist facilities. The Company owns and operates the Libertador hotels chain network, which comprises The Westin Lima Hotel & Convention Center, Libertador Palacio del Inka, Tambo del Inka A Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Paracas A Luxury Collection Resort, Libertador Lago Titicaca, Libertador Ciudad Blanca, Libertador Plaza Mayor and Libertador San Isidro Golf. In addition, through its subsidiary Servicios Turisticos Paracas SA, the Company is involved in travel agency services. As of December 31, 2011, Inversiones Breca SA was the Company's majority shareholder with 96% of its interest.
