Invesco Exchange-Traded Fund Trust - Invesco Dynamic Large Cap Growth ETF Stock

PowerShares Dynamic Large Cap Growth Portfolio (the Fund) seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield of the Dynamic Large Cap Growth Intellidex Index (the Index). The Index is designed to provide capital appreciation while maintaining consistent stylistically accurate exposure. The Style Intellidexes apply a 10 factor style isolation process to objectively segregate companies into their appropriate investment style and size universe. The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Fund invests in sectors, such as consumer staples, energy, financials, health care, industrials, information technology and materials. The Fund's investment advisor is Invesco PowerShares Capital Management LLC.
