Invesco Exchange-Traded Fund Trust - Invesco S&P SmallCap Momentum ETF Stock

PowerShares Dynamic Small Cap Growth Portfolio (the Fund) seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield of the Dynamic Small Cap Growth Intellidex Index (the Index). The Index is designed to provide capital appreciation while maintaining exposure. The Style Intellidexes apply a 10-factor style isolation process to objectively segregate companies into their appropriate investment style and size universe. The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Find invests in various sectors, such as information technology, health care, consumer discretionary, industrials, financials and consumer staples. Each company is evaluated to determine its investment merit by analyzing numerous financial characteristics from four financial perspectives: fundamental, valuation, timeliness and risk.
