PowerShares S&P/TSX Composite Low Volatility Index ETF Estimates Distribution for the Month of January 2017, Payable on February 7, 2017

Invesco announced the estimated January 2017 distributions of CAD 0.08569 per unit for its PowerShares S&P/TSX Composite Low Volatility Index ETF. The unit holders of record on January 30, 2017 will receive a cash distributions payable on February 7, 2017.
