On May 15, 2015, the board of directors of CM Finance Inc. accepted the resignation of Stephen Kuppenheimer from his position as a member of the board, effective immediately.
Investcorp Credit Management BDC, Inc. is an externally managed, closed-end, non-diversified management investment company. The Companyâs investment objective is to maximize the total return to its stockholders in the form of current income and capital appreciation through debt and related equity investments by targeting investment opportunities with favorable risk-adjusted returns. The Company seeks to invest primarily in middle-market companies that have annual revenues of at least 50 million dollars and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization of at least 15 million dollars. It invests in standalone first and second lien loans and unitranche loans, with an emphasis on floating rate debt. It also selectively invests in unsecured debt, bonds and in the equity of portfolio companies through warrants and other instruments.
