The board of directors of IRICO Group New Energy Company Limited announced that Mr. Tong Xiaofei has resigned from the positions as an executive director, the chairman of the Board, a member of the nomination committee, a member of the remuneration and appraisal committee and the chairman of the strategy committee of the Company due to changes in his personal career arrangements.
