Iron Mountain Incorporated (NYSE:IRM) entered into an agreement to acquire Data Center in Frankfurt, Germany from Keppel Vector (Dc) Gmbh and Graphite (DC) BV for ?76 million on July 7, 2021. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and expected to close during the third quarter of 2021. As of August 5, 2021, transaction is expected to close during the second half of 2021.
