ISAGEN reports that after having completed the legal and procedural information required by the Colombian Finance Superintendence, the Company was notified through Resolution No. 0584 of April 18, 2017 issued by such Regulating Body, authorizing the voluntary cancellation of the registration of ISAGEN S.A. E.S.P ordinary shares in the National Register of Securities and Issuers - RNVE.
