Dear Luxmy,

iSOFT Group Limited – Lodgement of court orders for Schemes of Arrangement

We act for iSOFT Group Limited (ACN 063 539 702) (iSOFT) in relation to the proposed schemes of arrangement (Schemes) for the acquisition of all of the ordinary shares in iSOFT (Shares) by CSC Computer Sciences Australia Holdings Pty Ltd and the cancellation of options issued by iSOFT.

We are writing to inform the ASX that, pursuant to section 411(10) of the Corporations

Act 2001, iSOFT has today lodged an office copy of the orders made by the Federal

Court of Australia on 18 July 2011 approving the Schemes with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.

Accordingly, the Schemes are now effective. On behalf of iSOFT, we request that the shares of iSOFT be suspended from trading, with effect from the close of trading today.
