Long-time Country Manager will transition to non-executive roles, continuing to contribute to the company

On 1 January 2017, Joaquim Borras will step aside as Country Manager of ISS Iberia, handing over the position to Javier Urbiola, COO of ISS Spain. Joaquim will continue to contribute to ISS Iberia in a new non-executive role as Honorary President of ISS Iberia, President of the ISS Iberia Advisory Board, and President of the Board of Trustees of the ISS Foundation Una Sonrisa Más.

Richard Sykes, ISS Regional CEO for Western Europe, said:
