Milano, 11 dicembre 2020 - Italian Wine Brands S.p.A. ("IWB" o la "Società ") rende noto che, in ottemperanza alle nuove disposizioni del Regolamento Emittenti AIM Italia in materia di governance e di trasparenza, introdotte con l'Avviso di Borsa Italiana n. 17857 del 6 luglio 2020, il Consiglio di Amministrazione di IWB, riunitosi in data odierna, ha nominato Pier Paolo Quaranta nel ruolo di Investor Relations Manager della Società.

("IWB"or the "Company") announces that, in compliance with the new provisions of the AIM Italia Issuers' Regulations on governance and transparency, introduced by the Italian Exchange Notice no. 17857 of 6 July 2020, the IWB Board of Directors, which met today, appointed Pier Paolo Quaranta as the Company's Investor Relations Manager.
