NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Itautec S.A. - Grupo Itautec ("Itautec"), in respect to the Material Fact disclosed on May 15th 2013 and for market guidance purposes, hereby informs that, on the date hereof, the strategic partnership in banking automation, retail automation and service activities with Oki Electric Industry Co. Ltd a company incorporated under the laws of Japan ("OKI"), became official.
As originally planned, OKI has acquired 70% of Itautec and Itautec Participações e Comércio S.A. equity interests in a Company already incorporated to perform the banking automation, retail automation and service activities.
