Itautec SA Grupo Itautec (formerly known as Itautec Philco SA - Grupo Itautec Philco) is a Brazil-based company engaged in the provision of information technology (IT) equipment, automation products and services. The Company operates in three areas: Computer Solutions with desktops, notebooks, netbooks, tablets and servers; Automation Solutions for banking and retail, such as automated teller machines (ATMs), bank teller-terminals, point-of-sale (POS) terminals, fiscal printers, renewable energy equipment, self-service terminals and software platforms, and the Technology Services with outsourcing, technical support, infrastructure and installations. Itautec's manufacturing plant is located in the city of Jundiai, State of Sao Paulo. The Company has subsidiaries in Argentina, Spain, the United States, Mexico, Paraguay and Portugal. As of December 31, 2011, the Comapny was majority owned by Itausa - Investimentos Itau SA.
