Ravenna, June 16, 2022 - Itway SpA, the parent company operating in the IT, Cyber ​​Security, AI and Big Data sector, listed on the Euronext Milan market, announces that it has closed its position with Mercatoria SpA - the Group's main creditor - obtaining the early termination of the related agreement signed in execution of the recovery plan pursuant to art. 67 LF. The financial resources functional to the debt relief operation described above were made available by the subsidiary 4Science Srl, specialized in Data Science and Data Management solutions for the scientific research, cultural heritage and Big Data market, through intercompany financing. of Euro 1.1 million.
